Ingredients:
For the dough:
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 2 ¼ teaspoons quick rise or active yeast (1/4-ounce package yeast)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour (plus more if needed)
- ½ teaspoon salt

For the filling:
- 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- ½ cup softened or almost melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream (DO NOT MIX INTO FILLING)

For the cream cheese frosting:
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
To Make Dough:
1. Warm milk in the microwave for 30 seconds, to about 110°F. Transfer warm milk to the large bowl of the Kitcheninthebox stand mixer fitted with the dough hook. Sprinkle yeast on top. Stir until yeast is mostly dissolved. Add sugar, melted butter, egg, flour, and salt.
2. Knead dough on medium speed for 3-4 minutes until soft, elastic, tacky, and smooth. Alternatively, knead by hand.
3. Grease prepared dough with oil, cover, and allow to rise for about 30 minutes or until almost doubled in size.

To Make Filling:
1. While dough rises, prepare filling. In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well; set aside.
2. Once dough has doubled in size, transfer to a well-floured surface. Roll into a 9x14-inch rectangle. Spread filling over dough, leaving a ¼ inch border.
3. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal slices. Place rolls in a buttered or greased 9×13 dish. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Baking:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat heavy cream in the microwave for 30 seconds until lukewarm. Pour evenly over rolls.
2. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tops are lightly golden brown.

To make the frosting:
1. While rolls cool, in the bowl of the Kitcheninthebox stand mixer, combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
2. Spread frosting onto warm rolls and enjoy!
