regular sugar 1cup
brown sugar 1cup
softened butter 0.5cup
vegetable oil 0.5cup
egg 2
salt 0.5tsp
baking soda 1tsp
baking powder 1tsp
vanilla extract 1tsp
flour 1cup
colorful chocolate candies or other decorations
- Put regular sugar, brown sugar, softened butter and vegetable oil into Kitchen in the box mixing bowl, use flat beater to cream the ingredients together.
- Add eggs, beat until the batter is fluffy.
- Add salt, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract and flour, mix until well combined.
- Add colorful chocolate candies(or whatever you fancy for Christmas), mix evenly.
- Shape the dough into cookie forms, put raw cookies onto baking sheet.
- Put the sheet into preheated oven, bake under 350degrees until cookies are golden brown (about 10-15min).
