instant yeast 2tsp

honey 2tsp
vegetable oil 2tbsp
flour 2.25 cup

- Add instant yeast and honey to room temperature water, stir thoroughly, let it sit for 5min.
- Add vegetable oil.
- Add flour and salt into Kitchen in the box stainless steel mixing bowl, mix evenly.
- Add wet ingredients into the mixing bowl, mix until the dough is shaped (about 10min).
- Shape the dough with hands until the surface is smooth, place it in Kitchen in the box mixing bowl (make sure to leave enough room for the dough to ferment/yeast).
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, let the dough rise until doubled size (about 2h).
- Reshape the dough until it fixes to the baking pan, cover the pan loosely with plastic wrap, let rise until doubled in size (about 1.5h).
- Put in preheated oven, 350 degrees(F) for 40min, until the surface is in deep golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting.
