Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- In the bowl of the stand mixer, combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt.
- Gradually add the warm water and olive oil while mixing on low speed with the dough hook attachment.
- Increase the speed to medium and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
- After the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air.
- Divide the dough in half for two personal-sized pizzas. Roll out each portion to the desired thickness and shape.
- Add your favorite pizza toppings and bake in a preheated oven according to your pizza recipe instructions.
